1. Parallel: Full or partial flow bypass (branch pre & merge post existing WTP)
2. Pretreat: First KNeW then existing WTP if helpful for permitting. KNeW makes lab-quality water (<10PPM on average, max 50PPM - minimal strain on other WTP).
3. Fallback: Divert all flow to existing WTP in case force majeure or other rare event interferes with KNeW’s facility
